Positive: Great view of downtown and the lake! Easy parking in the garage! That was a very nice feature! Nice location within the city, everything within walking distance.

Negative: In general, the apartment had everything you need for a short stay. (full kitchen, washing machine, dryer,…) But everything was already pretty run-down and could use some renovation.

Positive: The apartment is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The interior is beautiful, and the view from the apartment is stunning, adding a special touch to our stay.

Negative: However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found greasy residue on the kitchen cabinet doors and even on the bathroom door. The towels and bed linens didn’t have a fresh, clean smell. Additionally, we booked for three people, but there were only two chairs at the dining table, which was inconvenient. The listing mentioned a sofa bed, but the current sofa is different from the one in the photos and is not a sofa bed. Instead, there was a mattress that had to be placed on the floor, which was uncomfortable given the small size of the apartment. Throughout our stay, we also had issues with the cold water—sometimes, only very hot water would come out, even when set to cold. The host was very kind and responsive in trying to help, and the maintenance person claimed to have fixed the issue, but it remained unresolved. I recommend that the host spend some time in the apartment to fully understand and address these issues.

Negative: Really would appreciate if there was table salt, the container was almost empty. We bought some salt and filled it. There was no sugar in the kitchen either.
