Summary: We gathered for Christmas in Paris. This was an excellent location for us though the stairs could be tiring all the way to the top! The staff at urban flat were friendly and helpful. We did have an ongoing issue using the heater. Otherwise an excellent stay and pleasant flat.

Summary: There was a snafu with the original place that we booked, and the agency arranged for this apartment in the same building as an alternative. Perks are that this apartment was on the 2nd floor and it was bigger than the original place, but it didn't seem to have the same charm as our original place. It could also use more pots and pans and some kitchen towels for cooking meals. Apartment is in an excellent location! It was a bit of a drag to pick up the keys for the apartment at the agency rather than at the apartment itself, and that there was only one set of keys to the apartment for 2 of our families to share, but at least the agency is only a 5-min walk away from the apartment and they stayed open late to help us with key pick up.
