Summary: We only stayed one night, but this house was perfect for the night. We have a Golden retriever that needed to stay with us this time, so it worked great!

Summary: First I must recognize Charles for his proactive communication and quick responses. Charles is very dependable. The house has a lot of potential and my family enjoyed its location for the purpose of our stay. I agree with the other reviewers that the decor is appealing. A couple of amenities in need for improving are consideration of a kitchen table that seats more than two for a house that holds 4-5 comfortably; updating the kitchen serve ware and cooking pieces; consider replacing the mattress in room near the kitchen due to use; a deeper clean of the kitchen window seals/blinds/cabinet shelves. We lived out of our suitcases due to minimum storage yet I should have noticed this from the pictures. Not controllable by property mgmt but worth noting if the nearby public park is of interest for kids… I was looking forward to using the park but avoided it due to the number of locals that appeared to reside within the park. All in all, we appreciated the home and Charles. My overall rating of 3 star is sourced to cleanliness - an easy correction!

Summary: If perfection means new everything then this is not the place for you. The home is older but shows its wrinkles well. It was very clean inside, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is established and was very quiet especially at night. I appreciate the owner not allowing smoking indoors and stating a quite time so there is no disturbances late at night. This will be on my wishlist for my stays in Birmingham!

Summary: Loved the central location! Found a great little restaurant almost immediately, Giuseppe's, a must stop. The wait staff recommended another restaurant downtown as a must, and it is, T-Bones, great Philly Cheeses take while on the run. Your house was clean and wide open. Perfect place for our pups while there. The outside space for our do pups was perfect, fenced in and no way out for the to find. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. And, thanks for having coffee available. We would stay here again! Thanks! Steve and Babs
