SPACE SECTION
Enter the sun-filled townhouse and be greeted with stylish interior design, bright spacious bedrooms, open plan living with high end finishes, all the latest tech and stunning views from the rooftop terrace.
The nright living area offers two plush lounge suites and a chaise day bed all surrounding the wall mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite TV shows and movies. There is a second living area with an additional sofa and two accent chairs giving you the perfect place to sit and catch up with friends.
The modern gourmet kitchen which comes fully equipped with high end, stainless-steel appliances and everything you could need to cook up a masterpiece. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, an oven, an island bench cooktop, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.
Enjoy your meals at the elegant glass top dining table with room for everyone or sit up at the breakfast island bar with 4 leather swivel stools for a quick lunch or coffee.
In each of the 3 spacious bedrooms you will find wall mounted smart TVs to keep you entertained and luxurious beds topped with only the best linens and pillows for that perfect night’s sleep.
The sun-filled master bedroom features a large king bed with mirrored side tables and a reading lamp. Off the bedroom is the master bath with a his and hers vanity and an oversize walk-in shower with a beautiful panoramic window above.
The second and third bedrooms are both located downstairs and offer comfortable king size beds with reading lamps and soft throw blankets. Both share the central bathroom which features a large glass shower and a long stone top vanity stocked with soft fluffy towels for each guest.
On the first-floor landing is the laundry nook with full access to a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary washing powder to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.
Make your way up to your own private rooftop terrace on a warm afternoon and enjoy a BBQ dinner with your own built in summer kitchen. NEIGHBORHOOD
The bustling neighborhood of Brickell offers an abundance of restaurants, top shopping and amazing nightlife.
You are within a 20-minute walk to the heart of downtown Miami and walking distance to Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Mary Brickell Village, Liquor Store, President Supermarket, Piola Restaurant, and many more cafes, coffee shops and attractions.
Shop til you drop at Brickell City Centre with its upscale store s like Saks Fifth Avenue, Chopard, Emporio Armani and Kendra Scott just to name a few.
Jump aboard the free Metromover just a 15-minute walk from the townhouse which winds through the shops at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village then heads north to attractions such as the waterfront green spaces at Maurice A. Ferré Park and Bayfront Park, and to the shops at Bayside Marketplace and the Miami observation wheel with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.
Bayside is also a hub for sightseeing bus tours and boat tours, which take passengers through the bay islands, with stunning waterfront homes, many of which are owned by celebrities.
Just two minutes away is Little Havana, the epicenter of Cuban culture in Miami. Take a stroll down Memorial boulevard, visit a fresh fruit marketplace and Cuban bakery, enter a cigar shop to watch tobacco leaves being hand rolled into fine cigars or try some authentic Cuban coffee and delicious, flavorful food.
GETTING AROUND
The best way to get around is by car with the I 95 highway an easy two minutes away and free parking for 2 cars.
Alternatively, you can use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber or Lyft with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night.
Guests can also get around Downtown Miami using the CitiBikes, scooters and the Metromover, a free air-conditioned elevated train that takes you all around the city with a stop only a short 15 minutes from the townhouse.
COVID-19 house rules in our houses: Paradise 1,2 and 3 and Brand new homes near Brickell / Calle Ocho
Hi , 4 very important rules to be aware of, before booking Paradise 1, 2 or 3 and Brand new homes near Brickell
1.-Not third party booking is allowed, no other person but the one on the profile is to check in, ID will be required.
2.-No parties or events allowed.
3.-Absolutely No Smoking inside the house!
4.- Due to Special Covid 19 regulations is absolutely forbidden meetings or parties in our houses , this regulation imposed by Miami Dade County is enforced by a permanent police patrolling the area so it is very important keep sound and noise at minimum not disturbing the neighbors to avoid serious problems with the authorities . Before 9:30 pm noise and sound has to be kept low but after 10 pm noise and sound is forbidden in the pool area (for Paradises) or Terrace ( in the case of Brand new homes near Brickell) and outside in the front of the house or homes.
