Summary: Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. Additionally, the room service menu stated that the burger came with salad and fries, but it only came with fries, and the burger itself was just bread and meat... These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent.

Summary: I think the dining was not up to par for this type of property. The property is beautiful and unique, the pool and spa fabulous, the dinner was just OK and didn't meet the quality of all the other aspects of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner can be improved.

Summary: Lovely hotel on the Costa Brava, close to Begur. It was the perfect place for our first three days in Spain, to sit in the sun by the pool and slowly begin to feel human again. Very relaxed and nothing was a problem for the very helpful staff.

Summary: Excellent and welcoming receptionist. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Room and facilities excellent. A second armchair would be very welcome. Used dining room for dinner and very disappointed with the standard of food. Overall a very pleasant rural setting amongst the orchards. Waiter staff pleasant but could be more efficient, e.g. why was acetic not placed on tables. Enjoyed but could be improved by better food and dining room waiters.

Summary: Gorgeous hotel in a beautifully quite setting. We had the most relaxing night here. Dinner was excellent and the service was wonderful. Great pool and mini spa. We will definitely be back again!
