Positive: Location is beautiful. Spa is very nice. Access to cable car is also great.
Negative: The room was not comfortable. Bathroom design was awful with very tiny toilet on one side of the room and the rest of the bathroom on the other side of the room. The toilet was so small that I with my pregnant belly couldn’t go inside and close the door. Plus it was extremely stinky! Bath had no door so no privacy considering we had a family room. They only gave one pillow per person and the pillow was not even good so had a very uncomfortable stay here. Definitely not value for money. I would give this hotel 2 star.

The kitchen was excellent, featuring a wide variety of options for breakfast and a delightful dinner. The wellness area is cozy but sufficient for relaxing in the swimming pool or sauna. Conveniently, both the cable car and bus station are located right in front of the hotel.
Negative: The hotel is not directly accessible from the garage, requiring a walk around the building. Additionally, there is no elevator service to the top floor. However, these are minor inconveniences overall.
