Positive: The owner was kind enough to guide me to where the hostel was since it was my first time there , you have all the amenities you'll need in your room , and it was quite at night

Positive: Simple place near the Medina and waterfall. Parking was ok The access to the guest house is very nice, with the blue look It's a shared room, clean was top. Terrace very pleasant. Near Triana restaurant that was an amazing place to eat with the family

Positive: Had a fantastic stay here with my friend. It is a really cute guesthouse with an amazing rooftop. The beds and linen were so comfortable and cosy. The owner and staff are super helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when I come back. Highly recommend ☺️

Positive: I loved the fact that was a small property and the private rooms were nice and the bed sheets smlled really nice. They had an amazing service of washing the clothes. The hostel manager sent locations of places to visit really worth it and the view of the rooftop was super nice :)

Negative: I didn’t like the fact that when I arrived to the place there wasn’t anyone to receive people. It was a guest that opened me the door saying: “It happened the same to me!”. I feel that the contact with people is needed and not having anyone to receive you when you check in is bad. But after that appeared a men called Mohammed, the owner of the hostel told me that he was going to come. He didn’t spoke any foreign language fluently, there was a little bit of problem with communication but we managed. He showed me the place and took me to the room and then I asked for breakfast for the next day between 9/10am and next day around 9:20 nothing was ready, so I sent a message to the owner saying that nothing was ready and I would go out for breakfast. After that he told me that he was there with the breakfast ready because Mohammed understood 10 instead of 9. The water pressure is not the best, but it’s an old building so it’s understandable and it comes warm so it’s ok! Besides this, if you don’t ask for breakfast you can get good on the main square, is more than worth it to say there!

Positive: USHA guest house is very cozy and nice and clean. Communication with Youssef and Mohamed is super easy and super fast. Both are very helpful (thank you :-)) The rooms are exactly as shown on the photos and also the rooftop is as wonderful as it looks on the pictures. The location is close to everything worth seeing in Chefchaouen, all is within walking distance. Parking is available nearby at a very fair price. My son and I felt at home immediately and even came back for a second stay because we liked it so much there! We can highly recommend USHA guest house.
