Summary: Nice bed but hotel needs a bit of maintenance as it is clearly very busy. Air conditioning is very noisy in the night. Nice breakfast 🍳. No international tv 📺 and poor wifi coverage in the room I had. (None!) Nice parking with EV charging.

Summary: Arrived late evening after a long drive from the UK during the heatwave of 30+. We had booked one of their many treehouses which when we arrived was not available as the A/C was faulty, they kindly upgraded us to the twin box treehouse with working A/C which was a god send in the heat. Very quirky design, had everything you’d need. If you have a fear of insects however, be prepared to evict an abundance of spiders, moths, ants and beetles from the treehouse if you don’t like sharing! The only negative for us was the actual structure moves when you walk around so you feel a but like your on a boat. It’s perfectly safe but the design causes this, i guess it adds to the charm? Head space is limited in places also. Lastly it seems hot water is on a timer so bare this in mind if your planning on a mid day or late night shower. - Parking was fine, plenty of available space with additional parking on the main road opposite the hotel if needed, it’s also easy to find. Staff are very friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We didn't use any of the amenities although they seemed fine and again, same with the restaurant, we didn’t eat there but the food looked and smelt amazing!

Summary: We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. The first night was a severe storm and water started pouring through the fire alarm and ceiling. I felt sorry for the receptionist who was the only member of staff on and only spoke French. He did well and kept supplying towels to help clear up the water and try and prevent it going to the floor below. At about 4.30am in the morning after 3.5 hours I went to bed in a wet musty room. What wasnt so impressive, was when asking what was happening about the room the following day, a different receptionist just shrugged and said its not my problem. I lost 4 hours of sleep trying to help minimise water damage and then had to change my days plans as a result. Not a single apology about pouring water through the ceiling. Not a single thank you. Just oh well, deal with it. It was a good thing my partner moved our things and there was no water damage to our belongings. We then moved, but the room we had been in, was set up for new people to stay in the day after next, which I don't believe had it's fire alarm retested and if needed replaced, it to be water free, properly dehumidified, non-musty and the water damaged ceiling redecorated.

Summary: The hotel is in a nice area, the only downside is that it needs some maintenance on certain areas. You can see that that needs to be better in certain rooms. Staff will help you with all questions or changes that you want. And the restaurant is serving great food.
