Summary: We give this place 2 stars because the people who work there are great. Everything else was disappointing. Sauna was broken, tiles in the floors in the bedroom were dirty, tiles in the bathroom stained, walls in terrible condition, bed was hard. Thant being said - the location is great as the hotel is a half an hour off of the beach.

Summary: UY Proa Sur Hotel is probbly the best hotel in La Paloma. Things to improve: I understand winter is around the corner but the property was full of guest and it needed a good clean up. Things to highlight: Best location in town, amazing views, modern and well furnished property, but above all the staff was very firendly and professional. I would like to commend the front desk agent guy in the afternoon shift. I will return!

Summary: Very good hotel. Excellent location. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room OK, bed and bathroom correct. The walls had a lot of cracks in the paint and that looked ugly/unkempt. Everything else was super good, I recommend and would return!
