Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner was kind and helpful throughout our visit. In particular, before we left, the owner thoughtfully arranged a driver to take us to the bus station, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality—we would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: Location. Breakfast. Pool. Price. All good.

Negative: The rooms were too bare bones. Put some local touches, art, etc. on the walls/in the rooms to help people realize where they are. The inside of the rooms felt like university dorm rooms that could have been anywhere in the world. The hotel should remind its guests that they are at a historic and very unique travel destination.

Positive: Location was perfect, breakfast was varied. The pool is great!

Negative: Only two outlets in the room. One is used by the TV, so there’s only one left for the whole family to charge phones. No fridge, no electric kettle. The air conditioner is very old and not powerful. The room looks like it’s from the 1980s.

Positive: Very close to the main attraction (Cotton Castle) of Pamukkale. Early check-in and late check-out facilities. Good breakfast option. Very helpful staff. Fatimah in reception arranged our hot air baloon ride for a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Negative: Nothing to complain. Our stay was great.
