Summary: Comfortable, bright, well equipped studio apartment with easterly & SE views to the hills. Despite being in the middle of the town it was very quiet. Our morning walks were a delight. Would love to return in autumn & see the beautiful colours of the street & garden trees. The host is readily available if required - friendly, with thoughtful additions in the apartment. The amenities are as advertised; the kitchen works very well too. A great base in the pretty town of Coolah with its 2 pubs & 2 coffee venues - bakery & Stump Cafe. For those with health concerns a flight of stairs must be negotiated from the street level. We explored north as far as the Warrumbungle NP & South as far as Rylestone - beautiful countryside & good luncheon dining each day. Some great NP walks - weather & conditions permitting.

Summary: I've stayed at Shelley's previously and these apartments do not disappoint! Lovely new fittings in both the kitchen and bathroom and lots of 'things' (eg cooking oil, gladwrap, milk, etc) available to use during your stay that makes you feel like you're at home. Easy booking and communication prior to the stay. Will be booking here for all my future Coolah trips!
