Welcome to this fantastic home, completely refurbished 2 years ago and just updated again December 2017, with good quality furniture, rarely found in other vacation rentals. Main floor consists of an open concept layout with open to the ceiling living room, cozy fireplace. The modern kitchen with mix and match maple cabinets and white glazed doors, granite countertops and brand new high quality 6 seater dining table, buffet table and three bar chairs The upgraded wood flooring is in natural colour to complement the neutral wall paint colour. The upper floor consists of a large master bedroom with a walking closet and a well appointed master en suite. There are two additional bedrooms of good size and another 4piece bath to serve them. The basement is fully developed and consists of another bedroom, and a double bed and TV in the family room area plus another full bath. The property is located within a few blocks from bus stops.
The Calgary Stampede ground can be easily accessed by taking an LRT from Lion's Park Station, a 7-10minutes drive from the property or by a bus ride from a bus stop a few blocks away from the property.
The home affords Calgary visitors easy access to highways to Kananaski and Banff skiing resorts, mountain climbing, etc.

Summary: The property was in a good location. Plenty of room for all of us.The Good: Plenty of rooms with the extra bathrooms. Overall a nice place. Good locationThe Bad: Light bulbs were burnt out at the front door, main entry inside and in the one bedroom. I ended up changing some of the bulbs, but one fixture was so corroded I was unable to change.There weren't any extra hand towels, (one per bathroom), bath towels (one per person) and no sheets for the hideabed. The handrails on the stairs were filthy, and we wiped them down with clorox wipes. General cleanliness was subpar for a VRBO property. We have stayed in many properties and this was the dirtest by far. An old matress was left on the deck and we were promised it would be moved, but it wasn't. Pots and pans were not clean when we got there. We had to wash any we used before we used them. Water and Air filters on the fridge water system showed they needed to be replaced.The host did address the sheet issue, the light bulbs for the entry and some extra towels.In general, this would be an above average stay if there was attention paid to the care and maintenance of the property. A good top to bottom cleaning should be done.

Summary: Secluded with beautiful outdoor deck. Plenty of bedrooms! The only upgrade I would want would be better cooking utensils. Great neighborhood and would definitely come back!!!!

Summary: Rented this property twice. For me the location was convenient. The front door lock doesn’t work properly and should be replaced. Overall very nice location.

Summary: The door code that was provided did not work. I had to call and at first the person was not helpful. After he realized that the code was wrong he gave me a code that worked. The outside of the building didn't look great but the inside was nice and clean.

Summary: The host was very good to communicate. The location was ideally located close to Stampede grounds, airport and great shopping and under 2 hours from Banff. Great spot for a family with separate bath and bedroom on each of 3 floors.

Summary: Truly a cozy home. It was a great stay for a ladies weekend. Note: The neighbours aren’t a fan of typical cul-de-sac parking, so ask for clarity on where a second or third vehicle can park. Overall great stay. I little polish and the home would be a 5-star! Until then, it’s a cozy gem for a great deal!
