Positive: Loved the location, close to De Pijp, my favorite area in Amsterdam. The staff was also super friendly and easy to talk to. Grocery store is 10 minutes walk and Tram station right across the street. Perfect.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy. The kitchenette was very handy to have. I would absolutely stay here again. It was very close to many trams and easy to get around the city from this location.

Positive: Property is in an excellent location- not too close to the touristy areas but only a 10/15 min tram ride away. Excellent links to the city centre. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

Negative: Only one small grumble- we dropped something under the main bed and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under there n a long time

Positive: Location is excellent, you can get a tram from several lines in front of the hotel, and is also a walk distance from various points of interest, the room is very spacious and has a table and a fully equipped kitchen where you can do your meals.

Negative: The housekeeping could be better, sometimes they did not took used towels but did not leave new ones, the third bed was not ready when we checked in. This is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so it's a little hard to get into the room with the baggage on a narrow stair.
