Summary: Was surprised the main bed was in the living room. The condo building itself left something to be desired but the condo was comfortable and reasonably well stocked. The location is ok, not far by car from metro or other key spots. Price was right.

Summary: I liked the property-close to Washington DC, nice deck, on 9th floor, air conditioner worked fine, has dishwasher, washer/dryer, fully stocked, they even left a bottle of wine! The only thing i didnt like was that i couldnt get in late friday. It was after midnight and the door was supposed to be ulocked-it wasnt. We had to get motel 6 down the street for one night. I callled virbo and will get refund on the apartment. All in all-great for a short stay! Very friendly people.

Summary: We had a great stay, & definitely recommend! Alisha was friendly & pleasant any time I had to call her. The apartment itself was clean & well-kept. It is only 1 bedroom, but by using the LR for 1 bed & having a full-twin bunk in the BDRM, provides (just) enough space for 5 people (we only had 2). The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware etc, & having a full kitchen saved us money! The only negative (for me) was that some of the furniture was light-duty pieces that don't handle larger bodies well (over 250lb). The beds were quite comfy tho! No central air, but 2 AC wall-units kept the space nice and cool. The Skyline Towers building seems to be older, & the basement & garage both held an odor in the heat of June. The apartment itself was very clean & odor-free, however. There is a convenience store in the basement, & a grocery store (Giant Food) less than a mile away (0.8 mi), in a small shopping center with other stores and restaurants. The parking was a big plus for me! I am disabled and can't walk far. I found parking (& subsequent walking) in most of DC to be a nightmare, so having a garage with easy access to the apartment was a blessing! The handicapped spaces were right by the elevator, but even regular spaces were plentiful. The location was convenient to downtown DC, & has access to public transit, without the high cost of rentals downtown. The area seemed to be lower-income, but with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere that did not make me feel unsafe.

Summary: Great place! Would suggest plug ins and lamps by bedsides also blow dryer and clothes dryer.

Summary: We had a good stay. It worked good for the 4 people we had in our party. Very close to lots of food and shopping also not to far from Washington DC.
