Positive: Host, Juan, was fantastic and really went the extra mile to make the stay as good as it could be. The place itself is all you need with great facilities and plenty of room in the apartment. Very friendly complex and all the amenities nearby. Also Duetto do the best pizzas in Benidorm and is only a 5 min walk away. Cheap and great cooked breakfasts at The Pub bar just down the hill and a reasonably priced supermarket across the road. Even used Glovo for the odd night in take away! All you need for a great break in Benidorm. Will definitely book again!
Negative: Paying extra for sun loungers and Aircon, although not too expensive it would have been the icing on top if included. I do get it with the Aircon as some people do take advantage and it really wasn’t needed as much as I thought due to the cool apartment. We did not mind but there is a steep hill up to the complex which could put less active customers off.
Summary: Best pool in Benidorm and great location with wonderful people

Negative: The location is at the top of a big hill so quite a challenge with a tired 5 year old getting back on an evening so would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues

Positive: Anything that we needed or any questions we had to ask were answered very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble overall, very good
Negative: We got there to find out the pool was closed and didn't open till the week later and we could not find any information about this on booking.com and it did rather Taint our visit as we had to walk up to another pool full of slightly rowdy groups of people

Positive: The host Juan was lovely and could not do more for us he explained everything to us he was very informative. We had a bit of a problem and he was at the end of a phone and really helped us so i would like to thank him for his help. The apartment had everythingthat you need and would definately go back again as Juan made us feel so welcome.

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated, and furnished to a good standard.
Negative: The apartment was at least 500 metres from the nearest main road, up a very steep hill. I had booked this resort as it advertises itself as disabled friendly. Our apartment was on the 6th floor, and the only time you were allowed to enter the reception area with a mobility scooter was to access the pools of which there were 2, but the large one was closed only the children's pool was open. Charging points for mobility scooters were approximately 100 metres further up the hill in a secure car parking area, accessed by electronic key, as was the main reception gate and standard key for apartment..3 keys in total. You had to pay to charge a mobility scooter. It was one euro for 3 hours, which you had to buy tokens for and insert into a timer box.You could only insert 1 token at a time for 3 hours charging, so unless you were prepared to lose 6 to 9 hours of your day and have to walk every 3 hours from the (Disabled Friendly) complex to the charging points you would never have a fully charged scooter. The air-conditioning was not part of the utilities provided, so it had to be activated at a charge of 3 euros for 8 hours payable when checking out from your 100 euro security deposit. Safety deposit box charged at 14 euros per week if I remember correctly. We only stayed one night and explained the reasons why to the private landlord who has 10 holiday let's in the complex. We were not offered any refund amount of any kind. We found and booked another apartment on Booking.com also provided by a private landlord, which was a cheaper daily rate and far superior and no extras of any kind were payable.
Summary: Hard lesson learned.

The apartments were clean, comfy and had all the utilities required. Location was good and just a short walk from the bars, restaurants and shops
