Summary: Schöne helle Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick über den Kniepsand und das Meer. Ansprechende Möblierung und gute Raumaufteilung mit einem sehr schönen Bad. Anzumerken ist, dass die Oberflächen der Küchenschränke zum Teil erhebliche Schlieren aufwiesen. Dies konnte durch eigene Reinigung behoben werden.

Summary: Die Lage ist ein einziger Traum. Man kann ohne Schuhe sofort zum Strand hinunter gehen. Absolute Ruhe. Der Ausblick phänomenal. In der Wohnung ist einfach alles vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ausreichend Stauraum. Ebenso Fahrradkeller, Lift, Sauna. Fußläufig wenige Minuten bis zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
