Summary: Stayed here with my extended family to be in the area for my son’s wedding. Beautiful property, convenient to Newburyport, Colleen was great. Perfect spot for a large family reunion or gathering.

Summary: The house itself was great, and super big. There are two pool table in it, for example. One weird aspect was that basic provisions were missing. There were a dozen tea pots to choose from, but no paper towels in the kitchen, and tiny amounts of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper in the bathrooms.

Summary: Very spacious, well-appointed and beautifully decorated home inside and out! We rented this home the weekend of our wedding for the bride and bridesmaids. Everyone just loved the house and it was a wonderful space for all of us to get ready in before the wedding. Colleen the owner was wonderful to communicate with and got right back to us when we reached out with questions.

Summary: We rented this to celebrate family Christmas on the east coast where most of my relatives are. The property was excellent, and we had 12 for Christmas dinner. Colleen was a great host and very responsive to any questions. We loved the fireplaces, and played many games of pool. We also utilized the barbecue for Christmas.

Summary: This property was so beautiful and luxurious! We were able to host out of town visitors for an intimate rehearsal dinner for our daughter’s wedding. Just loved our stay and Colleen and Bill were great!

Summary: We stayed here to celebrate our marriage with our immediate families and it was a wonderful place! The pictures don't even begin to capture things like the fun bedroom themes, the kayaks, and the impressive kitchen amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer!
