Summary: Property was amazing can sea the bay from the house only downside is there isnt much to do without doing some trveling, but if peace and quiet is what you are looking for this is perfect.

Summary: This house is truly in a perfect special spot. Super close to a few good spots to eat, and so jam packed with nature. So much nicer in person than even advertised in the pictures. Frank and Sandy couldn’t have been easier to deal with and the house was great. Kids enjoyed the heck out of the creek. Would love to visit again.

Summary: We have stayed in Frank and Sandy’s house several times and just finished another great visit. The house fits perfectly for our family of 5 and is beautifully maintained and has everything needed for a visit. Our children love the kayaks and were out in them every day. One special note from this visit — our daughter lost her necklace down the sink and Frank came over to retrieve it. Really thoughtful. Highly recommend the house if coming to Deltaville.

Summary: We had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities of this great house. We relaxed sitting in the back yard looking at the water, cooking together, getting fresh produce from a local farm and going kayaking and biking. The layout of the house is wonderful for families!

Summary: This location was ideal for our participation in a junior sailing regatta at Fishing Bay Yacht Club! The house was in great condition and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the back yard and pier overlooking the water. Our family had a lovely time! We’ll be back.

Summary: Great house with views of the bay, hang out outside on the deck, play yard games, bike or kayak, watch the birds. Purchase seafood to cook in the well equipped kitchen or use the grill on the deck. Beautiful wooded lot with mature gardens promotes a sense of relaxation.
