Old, simple country house "Forest", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Bumpy, narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Simple furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Summary: Maison rustique bien équipée même si certains équipements sont un peu vétustes et mériteraient d'être remplacés. L'environnement est calme, cigales la journée et grillons le soir. Ambiance garrigue à la Pagnol. L'isolement de la maison peut un peu effrayer au début mais on s'y fait. Grande piscine bien traitée. Les espaces verts mériteraient plus d'entretien ce qui mettrait l'extérieur en valeur.

Summary: Carreaux de la piscine se decollent en nombre. Isolation de la maison tres mauvaise L unique clim dans la chambre parentale est use et fait tres peu de froid. Indispensable d avoir de nombreux ventilateurs pour supporter la chaleur. Refrigerateur montre des signes de faiblesse. Peu de froid en bas. Ressort du matelas chambre parentale tres perceptibles. Eau de la piscine a notre arrivee de couleur jaune.Jardin pas entretenu.Fuite d eau robinet ext. Wifi non fonctionnel a notre arrivee

Summary: C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette villa, isolée des autres maisons, ce qui est pratique pour nos chiens qui ne dérangent personne s'ils aboient de temps en temps. Par contre, elle n'est pas clôturée, mais notre solution c'est d'amener des filets à moutons. Elle a une grande piscine très agréable à utiliser avec des coins d'ombre pendant la journée à différent endroits. La maison est spacieuse avec une chambre à l'étage avec douche qui permet une indépendance à nos ados/adultes.

Summary: Bien. Un effort est a faire sur la climatisation. Seule la chambre parentale en possede une et n est pas tres efficace. Besoin d une clim a l etage et dans le salon. Impossible d aerer ces pieces et de les rafraichir naturellement. Table du salon de jardin trop petite pour 4.

Summary: Genoten met 4 volwassenen en 4 jonge kinderen van de rust, ruimte en het zwembad. Helaas is het aanrijpad zo slecht dat de auto met 4 volwassenen moest worden doorgeduwd op de laatste dag. Aanrader als je van rust houdt en de eigenaar eindelijk actie neemt voor het pad.
