Ground floor: living room with fireplace which is accessed by a glass door; spacious kitchen with exterior opening; twin bedded room with bathroom with shower which is accessed via some steps. From here there is direct access to the external courtyard where there is also the dining table shaded by a pergola.
First floor: passage bedroom with single bed; double bedroom with four-poster bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
The saltwater shared pool of the estate is a 5 minute walk from the house.
