Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, in the winter cozy in our light-filled gallery, the crackle of the fireplace, enjoy the view of the snowy forest, that is pure relaxation! The exclusive, spacious establishment (about 65 square meters) with sauna, whirlpool, fireplace with a Erstaustatttung firewood free u. Underfloor heating makes our beautiful beach house an idyll in every season.
Our beach house "Starfish" built in Scandinavian style, lies in the dunes of the idyllic beach park Baabe. You have the most beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen on the doorstep - here you can discover something new every day. In our house is located on the ground floor a large spa bath with whirlpool, sauna and shower, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer,) a dining area for 6 people. and a comfortably furnished living room (cable TV with flat screen, music system, Internet free, fireplace and. Floor heating).
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, an additional guest toilet and in the gallery a reading area with a bookcase and a sofa bed for 2 persons. Leave the stress at home and spend a few relaxing days in our feel-good home. You are welcome.

Summary: On entering, we were very pleased with how the cottage was furnished and decorated. We were even greeted with a bouquet of flowers on the dining area table. Very comfortable furniture. Lovely loft sitting area. In the summer, I imagine the plantings give the illusion of privacy on the decks around the house. The bathroom was lovely, with a good size shower. My husband enjoyed the sauna. Because of bad knees, I was not able to do the same. The step up to the bench was too high. There is poor storage, bedroom closet doors don't open because bed is too big for for the space. no room to dress in there because the comfortable bed takes up a lot of floor space.Second bedroom has small closet. There is no storage for groceries, unless you put all your dry goods in the refrigerator. Instructions on how to use the sauna, stove and whirlpool were very clear. Not sure why, but the internet cut out at 20:00 the night before we left. Because of the loft design of the house, temperature was hard to regulate. I slept without blankets because it was very warm upstairs, and cool downstairs. On the plus side, the thermostats were very easy to find and use. We did enjoy ourselves, and would recommend Seesternchen as a nice place to stay.
