Summary: Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz. Unsere beiden Hunde fanden den eingezäunten, großen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Summary: Wir haben hier einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund verbracht. Auch die Großeltern waren für ein paar Tage mit dabei. Für 6 Personen war genug Platz. Besonders praktisch waren der Abstellraum in der Küche und der großzügige Hauswirtschaftsraum. Das Haus ist optisch schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder.

Summary: Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Die Einrichtung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und man fühlt sich wohl. Verbesserungswürdig fanden wir, dass es eine Fußmatte vor der Tür geben sollte, um den groben Dreck draußen zu behalten. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass trotz Anschalten bzw. Hochstellen der Heizung keine wohlige Wärme im Haus entstanden ist. Am Abend haben wir trotz langer Hose und Pulli auf dem Sofa leicht gefroren. Da die Außentemperaturen in unserem Besuchszeitraum nicht allzu hoch waren und nachts es doch schon kalt wurde, ist auch die Temperatur im Haus merklich abgefallen. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Summary: Wir waren Ende Juli 2021 für 11 Tage Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus wurde von der Besitzerin mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung ist genial, hier fehlt wirklich nichts und alles, vom Geschirr bis zum Besteck ist in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der ringsum eingezäunte und "ausbruchsichere" Garten mit Spielplatz und Sandkiste ist ein Traum für Kinder und Hunde. Terrasse mit ausreichend Platz, Mobiliar und Gasgrill laden zu gemütlichen Grillabenden ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung auch hier super und alles blitzsauber. Das gleiche gilt für die 2 Bäder. Ein Hauswirtschaftsraum der von innen und außen begehbar ist, kann auch als Fahrradabstellplatz genutzt werden. Außerdem sind hier Waschmaschine und Trockner - ebenfalls neu und blitzsauber - vorhanden. Alles in allem: wunderschönes Haus mit Wohlfühlambiente, tollem Außenbereich und sehr guter Ausstattung in schöner Lage. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Bei Problemen ist der Reiseveranstalter gut zu erreichen. Ein defekter Toaster wurde noch am gleichen Tag ausgetauscht. Top! Aber auch die beste Bewertung kommt nicht ohne meckern aus. Am Anreisetag konnten wir erst weit nach 17 Uhr statt 16 Uhr einziehen, da das Reinigungsteam noch nicht fertig war. Wenn man bedenkt, dass das Haus am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr verlassen werden muss, eigentlich nicht nachvollziehbar, da Zeit genug. Das Badezimmer im EG - Toilette mit Dusche und Waschbecken - kann nur als Notdusche / WC bezeichnet werden. Das Waschbecken ist so winzig, da wird selbst das Zähneputzen zur logistischen Herausforderung. Aufgrund des Platzmangels haben große Menschen wirklich Probleme das WC zu benutzen. Die Türe der Dusche lässt leider Wasser durch und in nullkommanix ist das kleine Bad überschwemmt. Uns hat es jetzt nicht dramatisch gestört, da wir zu viert mit dem wirklich tollen und großen Badezimmer im OG ausgekommen sind. Trotz allem ist das kleine Bad im UG eine gute Ausweichmöglichkeit wenn es im OG mal zu Engpässen kommt. Für die Lage des Hauses haben wir nur deshalb keine 5 Sterne vergeben, weil der Verkehr auf der angrenzenden Straße zeitweise sehr lebhaft war. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus für einen entspannten Familienurlaub uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
