Summary: Die Wohnungen sind wirklich super gelegen. Eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Alles wesentliche unweit gelegen. Beste Ausgangslage um die Toskana zu erkunden! Wir waren mit drei Kindern da die sich sofort mit dem Hund der Gastgeber angefreundet hatten. Die Einrichtung ist weit mehr als ausreichend, wirklich sauber und in gutem Zustand. Besonderer Danke gilt den Gastgebern! Wir können selbst kein Italienisch, aber wir hatten keine Probleme uns zu verständigen. Hilfreich und immer freundlich!

Summary: Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, sie sprechen allerdings nur italienisch, was für die Gäste doch nur bedingt hinderlich ist. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, gemütlich und mit einer Terasse ausgestattet, die jeden Morgen aufs Neue den Blick in die paradiesische Landschaft bietet. wenige Schirtte entfernt ist der große Pool, kaum gechlort und umgeben mit bequemen Liegen und mannshohen Rosmarinbüschen. Einstellen muss man sich auf eine Küche ohne Spülmaschine und ein (riesiges) Wohnzimmer ohne Fernsehen. Uns tat das gut. Reisetipps: Fahrradfahren ist in dieser Region nur ausdauernden Radlern zu empfehlen; dann aber bietet die Landschaft herrliche Erlebnisse mit kaum befahrenen Straßen. Wir waren einige Male am "schönsten Strand der Toskana", 40 km und 40 Autominuten entfernt: Parco nationale della Maremma bei Albarese. Nähere, auch schöne Strände, befinden sich ca. 30 km entfernt. Kulturausflüge empfehlen sich zu den nahe gelegenen etruskischen Stätten in Rosselle und vor allem Vetulonia. Dafür bietet sich auch ein Besuch des phantastischen archäologischen Museums in Grosseto an. Siena ist 50 Autominuten entfernt (oder vom Nachbarort Paganico 1 Stunde mit dem Zug). Der kleine beschauliche Ort Campgnatico, 3 km vom Agriturismo entfernt, hat kleine Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und eine sehr gute Pizzeria.

Summary: Schön gelegene Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und gepflegter Pool. Leider können wir kein Italienisch und konnten uns nicht viel mit den Vermietern unterhalten, die sehr nett gewesen sind. Der Blick ist sagenhaft. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Summary: nachdem das Haus uns im September 2016 schon begeistert hat, mussten wir nochmal kommen. Wir sind mit unserem Hund, einem Alaska Malamute verreist. M. und A. sind wunderbare Gastgeber und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Ihre Gäste.Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind top gepflegt und die Aussicht begeistert am Tag und die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum, ein Postkartenidyll. Ins nahegelegene Dorf gelangt man in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß, wo man einen Bankautomat, eine Metzgerei und einen kleinen Dorfladen findet. Uns und auch unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Reisetipps: Das La Vecchia Oliviera in Campagnatico, dort gibt es hervorragende Pizzen, aber auch ein tolles Steak Florentina. Das Fonte di braca, ein wenig ausserhalb von Campagnatico mit wunderbarem Garten ist empfehlenswert. Etwas ganz besonderes ist das La Remissa in Montorsaio. Sie sollten einen guten Hunger mitbringen, es gibt viele kleine schmackhafte Gänge und ausreichend Fleisch!

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist sowohl was die Gartenanlage, den Pool als auch die Wohnung angeht, sehr liebevoll arrangiert und gepflegt. Da liebt jemand sein Grundstück. Espresso–Maschine für den Herd ist ebenso vorhanden, wie ausreichend Küchenkram, ein schöner Gasherd mit Backofen und ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Eigentümer sind wunderbar und lasen uns die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Das dort hergestellte Olivenöl ist sehr schmackhaft. Der Ausblick machte uns demütig. Auch im August geht ein leichtes Lüftchen, so dass wir nicht gelitten haben. Unser Hund fand das Grundstück auch ganz wunderbar und unsere Kinder ( 12,13) waren eine Woche lang nicht bereit, das Grundstück zu verlassen, weil sie sich so wohl fühlten. Der Hund der Eigentümer hat jetzt ein Gehege, weil er sonst den Jagdtrieb zu sehr auslebt. Unser Hund hatte zwar nicht viel Auslauf außerhalb des Grundstückes, aber schien auch selig zu sein. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, so dass wir auch in dem Punkt nicht aufpassen mußten. Habe mich selten so erholt. Perfekt für Leute, die ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Haben sofort wieder gebucht. Reisetipps: Siena liegt günstig und natürlich Montalcino für die Fans des Brunello. Pferdefreunde kommen in der Maremma sowieso voll auf ihre Kosten. Habe in Talemone tatsächlich Giovanni Trappatoni gesehen, der dort laut Reiseführer ein Haus hat. Der netteste und nächste Ort am Meer war für uns Principa di Mare. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es ein schönes Einkaufszentrum gegenüber von der Galopprennbahn.
