Private: garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, barbecue. In the house: lift. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, public parking 50 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 2 km, pebble beach 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Luino 8 km, Laveno 10 km. Please note: car recommended, lift to 3rd floor. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Summary: Riesiges Haus mit riesigem Garten und grossem Pool. Für Familie bestens geeignet.

Summary: Bereits zum 2. mal gebucht und wieder die Richtige Entscheidung gewesen. Toll eingerichtetes Haus, genügen Platz für 12 Personen. Schöne ruhige Lage. Möchte jedoch 2 negative Punkte anbringen. Es war die ganze Woche niemand da der den Pool auf die Wasserqualität geprüft hat. Den Reinigungsrobotter mussten wir selbst bedienen. Die Filteranlage ist auch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Bitte überprüfen. Das Dppelbett im zweiten Stock mit Stahlmattrazenrost, ist zu weich für 100kg.

Summary: Wir waren mit 10 Personen bereits zum 3. Mal in diesem Bijou. Das Haus ist traumhaft und die Umgebung (Garten, Pool) nicht zu übertreffen. Erholung pur. Schlüsselübergabe klappt perfekt. Haus ist immer sauber geputzt Wichtig ist zu wissen das Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 7 Min. mit dem Auto zu fahren sind, da es sonst nirgends eine Möglichkeit gibt.

Summary: Tolles haus, wahnsinnig viel platz drinnen und draußen, schöner pool! Nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln: Kühlschrank war defekt, wurde 1 Tag später ausgetauscht Eine Toilettenspülung defekt, konnte die ganze Woche nicht genutzt werden Gas war leer, wurde aber sehr schnell behoben Keine weingläser vorhanden, was bei diesem Haus verwunderlich war
