Upper floor: (exterior staircase) large living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Mezzanine with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining nook and shower/WC. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: walk-through room, window onto the living room with 1 double bed. Interconnecting room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Summary: we were 9 and our stay in this house went very well The house is rather big with a wonderful view , you can easily take breakfast / dinner on the terrace that is also huge. Very good place to visit Cannero/Cannobio/Intra.. the bad side is the access to the house from Cannero village with a very small road (hard to face to face with a car on the other side...not enough space and steep slope) - the rise takes about 15min . Otherwise water flow is a bit weak for the upstair shower.

Summary: Schöner Urlaub und das Haus war sauber und hatte viel Platz. Der Hausherr war sehr nett und hat uns gut empfangen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse waren fantastisch. Leider gab es zum Grill kein passendes Besteck und wir mussten mit einer Gabel auskommen. Wir hatten auch ein Problem mit Ameisen in der oberen Wohnung in der Küche, obwohl wir sehr darauf geachtet haben kein Essen liegen zu lassen. Ein Lattenrost wurde provisorisch mit Klebeband geflickt und hat ein bisschen gestört. Rest war super!

Summary: Nettes Haus was ich Aufgrund der Hohen und nicht nachvollziehbaren Nebenkosten ( Gasverbrauch für Heizung ) nicht nochmals mieten würde.

Summary: Negativ war die unzulängliche Ausstattung mit Gläsern (zusammen in beiden Wohnungen waren nur 2 Weingläser !!! vorhanden) sowie im grossen Wohnbereich war rund die Hälfte aller Lampen dunkel/kaputt.

Summary: Restaurant Usingolo sehr gut. Bei der Pizzeria gegenüber ist das Ambiente schön und man kann besser draußen sitzen. Das Essen ist dort in Ordnung aber nicht so gut wie im Usingolo. Reisetipps: Wanderungen im Val Grande sind sehr schön.

Summary: Die Unterkunft liegt relativ abgelegen und ist nicht so einfach erreichbar. Da das Haus am Waldrand gelegen ist, hat es sehr viel Ameisen. Sonst ist das Ferienhaus schön und bietet einen tollen Ausblick.

Summary: Das Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung/den Bildern von Interchalet. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war sauber, die Räume groß, Betten/Möbel/Geschirr etc. i.O. , das Gelände gepflegt und sämtliche technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei (haben nichts vermisst). Der Vermieter (ist gleichzeitig auch der Besitzer) war sehr freundlich (Verständigung auf Englisch) und übergab uns bei der Abreise als kleines Dankeschön sogar noch 2 leckere Flaschen italienischen Wein :–)Das Haus liegt weit oben über dem Lago M. am Berg (Waldrand, absolut ruhig) und die Fahrt dorthin hat etwas abenteuerliches, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Haben die Tage/Abende im Haus sehr genossen, vor allem die Aussicht und der Blick über den See sind phänomenal!!!!WLAN+TV liefen einwandfrei, Schlussabrechnung (ca. 110€ vor allem wegen Heizung –4 Personen und kühle Tage– inkl. 20€ WLAN) realistisch und i.O.Insgesamt ist das Haus eines der teuersten wo wir bisher waren (liegt natürlich auch an der Größe –bis zu 10 Personen möglich–), aber Lage/Blick etc. waren uns das wert und wir kommen wohl auch sicher wieder hierhier :–)Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert !! Reisetipps: Das schöne Städtchen Cannero unterhalb des Hauses am See ist wunderschön und vor allem ruhiger als z.B. Verbania. Der Strand von Cannero ist absolut top. Markt in Canobbio am Sonntag ist ein MUSS!! Viel schöner und gemütlicher/harmonischer als der riesige Markt mittwochs in Luino. Ein Tages–Tripp nach Mailand bietet sich ebenfalls an (der Zug vom Bhf–Stresa ist am zeitlich am besten und vor allem günstig). Kleiner Abstecher an den Lago di Mergozzo (sauberster See Europas) lohnt sich ebenfalls :–)
