This new rental was purchased with your family get together in mind. The owners wanted to give you an opportunity to have a place to gather with friends and family and either host a special event or just social distance with loved ones in a beautiful serene atmosphere. Whether its in the spacious house with multi living areas or relaxing around the HEATED pool, you won't be disappointed in this rental.
Not only does the house have 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to15 guests and 3.5 baths, it also has a gorgeous 20' x 50' HEATED pool. There is a brand new deck that surrounds the heated pool along with a screened in gazebo for hanging out. The enormous side yard is the perfect place to raise a tent and host that special occasion or just enjoy the lush lawn to play volleyball, throw a frisbee, play a game of touch football or you name it.
The house has its share of pluses. The kitchen opens up to the dining area with a raised hearth gas fireplace and access to the back deck and pool area. Hardwood floors throughout the house and you have 2 master bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. The first floor master bedroom, discreetly located off the kitchen over the 2 car garage, is a massive room that boasts a sitting area for group conversation, quiet reading or watching television. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a full bath, along with 4 more bedrooms and another shared bathroom. There's a family room located on the 1st floor that leads out to the pool area through an inviting bright sunroom. The perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail while you watch the kids playing in the heated pool.
This rental is just a short distance to Dennis Village where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in town, local artisans shops, the Cape Cod Museum of Art and Cape Playhouse, and so much more. And don't forget some of the best beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Corporation Beach is near the village center and Mayflower is just a couple miles away. Bring your bike so you can venture into town, go to the beach or ride the bike trail

Summary: Everything was great House was large enough to scatter but great size to gather, as well! Loved the pool and the master off the kitchen. Great location as long as you realize it’s a definite hill from the beach or town…we didn’t mind though the

Summary: We held my parents’ Golden Anniversary family reunion here. The house lives large with plenty of spaces for both group activities and quiet time. A great location that allowed us to visit multiple locations appealing to all ages. The property manager (Jody) was very responsive and helpful.

Summary: We loved having a place where the kids could jump in the pool first thing in the morning, but there was a decent fence to keep the littles from wondering there unsupervised. Our group had a lot of adults and there were plenty of nooks where you could sit and relax away from the central pool/kitchen area.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great after finally getting the filter fixed. A bit farther to beaches than stated online . The house is dated, most bedrooms small and not a well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. . Jodi the property manager and Erlon pool guy very good at communicating.

Summary: The house and surrounding area was beautiful. Close to cute little shops and bakeries to include a road side pie stand! Delicious! The beaches were close but not walkable. The house, although spacious and open was not cleaned well. The pool was cloudy on day two and needed several visits from the pool company to correct it. Bathrooms had hair on the floor. The worst problem was the grill was basically unusable because it was not cleaned. The grease trap was full and the grill had food debris in the top and bottom. Unacceptable! It’s summer and a ‘beach’ house….grilling is pretty much mandatory. We paid a pretty high rental fee for the week to infuse a cleaning fee and I don’t feel the cleaning was up to par. When contacted, the property manager did respond quickly and attempted to resolve the issues but again…I have a beach house I want to grill and swim not wait for these items to be serviced.
