Summary: A group of 7 stayed at Rebecca’s place in Baldham. 5 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths worked out well. There at 3 flights of stairs two up and one down to bedrooms. Plenty of kitchen eating and lounging space for all to be comfortable. About a 10 min walk to Baldham S bahn station. This house was reasonably priced for Oktoberfest and pretty convenient- about 15-20 train to Marianplatz and a few stops more to Munich Hauptbanof. Very nice house. Clean and well equipped. We were quite pleased. Rebecca was very communicative and took care of a few issues right away. Check in and out a breeze. Highly recommend for large groups. Shopping close to train on either side of the station!

Summary: Great place! Unfortunately, could use a better hot water tank. There were 10 of us staying here. Several people could not shower, water turned cold. We had family over to visit. Neighbours complained at 8pm that we were making too much noise. Threatened to call the police. It is a residential area, but to complain at 8pm is a bit much. That was a little disappointing. Had to send family away. Otherwise, great location, 10-15 minute walk to train station.

Summary: This was good for the amount of time we were staying. Located was 20 min outside the city of Munich. Stayed 2 nights and do the trick. I didn’t realize it was part of a condo when I booked but that likely was an oversight on my end.

Summary: We enjoyed being able to stay in a quaint little suburb of Munich. The place was very clean and nice. The location to restaurants and train stations was very close. I recommend to anyone.

Summary: This home has lots of space . There were 4 adults in our group and we really appreciated the 2 bathrooms. Close to the train station which made commuting to Munich and Salzburg easy. Rebecca was quick to respond and communication was easy and we appreciated your kindness and hospitality!

Summary: We all had room to be at this home. It is a train ride from the busyness of central Munich. A nice walk to the store. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds.

Summary: A great house for a large family. We had plenty of room for everyone and with the layout of the bedrooms there was even some privacy. There are a lot of stairs but no problem for us. Rebecca was easy to work with and even mailed back an iPhone to the US that we left behind. Baldham is a nice little town. We rented a car and made it around easily for everything we needed. Munich is 20 mins away and Stuttgart and Nuremberg were good day trips. We had a great time.

Summary: We had a great stay. The property is located in a quiet suburb of Munich and is modest in many regards, but we found it to be very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and an incredible value. Five of us stayed very comfortably, but this property would also comfortably sleep several more people. THe village it is located in is about a 20 minute drive into Munich. We used it to visit Munich but also Garmisch-Part and Neuschwantstein. Both a couple hours away by car. The managers were incredible, accommodating our earlier arrival happily, and when the check-in didn’t go as planned due to a battery failure on the lock-box, they took the trouble of driving over immediately to fix the situation. Very kind and went the extra mile to help in any way that they could. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked well for us. Also liked to have the laundry (both washer and dryer) which we used. Bottom line, great value, and property was just as advertised. Would definitely use again.
