Be in the center of it all with this country house on the Eastern Shore near Salisbury, MD. The single-family home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms on an acre of land with vaulted living room, two-sided fireplace, very large dining room and kitchen with an island and window seat, deck, and above ground 27 foot pool! Country living yet within 10 minutes of major shopping areas (5 minutes for nearest food store and Dunkin Donuts) and easy access to major Route 50.
Great place to unwind after spending the day exploring the Eastern Shore's beaches, small beach towns, ferries to island in the bay including:
-Ocean City, MD - approx 40 minutes
-Berlin, MD (America's Coolest Small Town) - approx 30 mins
-Easton, MD - approx 55 mins
-Chincoteague Island, VA - approx 55 mins
-Cape Charles, VA - approx 1 hr 45 mins
-Crisfield, MD - approx 45 mins
-Rehoboth Beach, DE - approx 1 hr 15 mins
-Salisbury University, Salisbury, MD - approx 12-15 mins (6-7 miles)
-Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex - approx 9 mins (6 miles)

Summary: Stayed with family for a baseball event in Salisbury. Even better than expected! Home was clean, very cozy and comfortable. Everything was provided that we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice and relaxing. Decor was just like the pictures. Will definitely try to stay again during the next baseball season. You will not regret a stay at this beautiful home.

Summary: This home was very cozy, very nicely decorated, clean and stocked with the essentials and even some extras that helped make our stay very comfortable. We were in town for a softball tournament and finished out the end of the week at the beach. We were about 45 minutes from Assateague which wasn’t a terrible drive but more importantly we’re close to the fields in the beginning of the week. Being able to wash uniforms and towels was a huge bonus and the kids did get one evening in the pool. We enjoyed sitting out on the nicely furnished deck watching them swim. Highly recommend this home, the host had great communication, directions were clear and check in and out were super easy. If you’re considering this one, book it!

Summary: This house was very well appointed. It was extremely clean upon our arrival. The only thing it was very humid inside the house. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and the location was convenient to the fields that my daughter played her tournament on.

Summary: We used Graham’s house as home base for my son’s baseball tournament. It fit our needs, close to the fields, close the grocery and restaurants and laundry! House was clean and stocked with basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper etc). We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house so didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but I’d stay here again for the same purpose. If watching tv is a priority for you (wasn’t for us) there aren’t TVs in the bedrooms and limited channels available on the main tv in the family room. This definitely didn’t impact our stay but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Summary: This house was exactly what our family needed while my son played at the Youth World Series...close enough for convenience to all field locations, but enough space for everyone to relax comfortably in a peaceful setting after the games (and a great laundry area for mom to wash out those white baseball pants). The property was very well kept and the interior clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching the sunsets over the farm across the street each evening and looking at the stars. The host was very quick to respond and provided clear, helpful instructions for our stay, as well as information about closest grocery stores, etc. A great experience all around!

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. It is in a great location for us to visit family in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the closeness to a grocery store as well. We all enjoyed the pool when we had a chance to use it. This house worked great for us as a homebase for our weekend with family.
