Positive: Vailtin is a lovely family run property with super friendly and helpful staff ready to help out and provide assistance. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The grounds and gardens provided shade and were well maintained with a great mix of tropical fruit trees and palms, with staff constantly tidying and sweeping. The location is nice and quiet (aside from the roosters, but i think that is unavoidable anywhere around Moalboal). Away from the hustle but still only a short 1-2min scooter ride or 10-15min walk into the middle of town. The fish with rice and vegetable with rice traditional breakfast options were delicious. The private beach (3-5min walk away) with access to a great snorkeling spot was a massive added bonus. Overall, it was a lovely spot, good value for money and we had a lovely stay.

Negative: Nothing bad to report, but be careful on the tiles around the pool. They can be very slippery when wet.

Positive: I like how the place is peaceful. Swimming Pool is well maintained, staff are friendly, food is good. I like that they have a billiards and dartboards and a free pass to a local gym.

Negative: I strongly recommend that they improve room cleanliness.

Positive: The staff are amazing - so kind, helpful and caring Joy is lovely and very knowledgeable in the area They have motorbikes for hire, laundry, and all popular activities available to book from the hotel at very reasonable prices. Some cheaper than the popular tour operators. Very spacious rooms with everything you need - air con was perfect Great location - quiet but only a short ride to the main town. Delicious food available at the hotel too. We will stay here again if in Moalboal

Negative: The shower pressure could be better however it did the trick!

Positive: We had a late arrival but there was still someone available to greet us and take us to our room. We used their laundry facility and our clothes were done well and promptly. Breakfast was tasty. I forgot an item in the room and they were very helpful in retrieving it.
