Positive: Very nice spacious villa. Nice well-kept garden and swimming pools. Very nice and committed service, we felt taken care of and welcomed. They took care of every our need.
Negative: It was a little cold in the villas and the heating didn't manage to warm up the space. Only after lighting in the fireplace (which costs an additional 40 euros) it became warm. After that we could fully enjoy this place

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered every question with patience and even went out of their way by offering to let us come to breakfast early the last day when we let them know we had to leave early in the morning to catch our train. The property is beautiful and offers lots of amenities. The breakfasts are fantastic. We also enjoyed 2 delicious dinners at the restaurant. While the resort is a little isolated that is one of the reasons we loved it. We could get an Uber relatively cheaply and go wherever we wanted with no trouble since it's perfectly situated in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. If we are fortunate enough to travel to Portugal again, this will definitely be the place we will stay.
Negative: Nothing except we didn't have enough time to enjoy the indoor pool since we only had 3 nights and wanted to see a lot of the local sights. It looked wonderful though.
