This one bedroom fully self contained Unit is in a family home.
Own entry, ensuite and one bedroom unit.
Large lounge room, with very comfortable lounge and Large TV. Kitchenette, own laundry.
Secure car parking in locked compound.
Rear garden, large Balcony.
One bedroom easily accommodate two adults in queen bed.
Can accommodate another two in lounge room on very comfortable futon.
We can accommodate up to another two however it would be on a blow up mattress(s)
Internet and office desk.
Dog friendly, sorry not cats.
Pets are charged a one off $30.00 fee and must be paid if your bring a pet
Close to all Hunter Valley attractions. and close to CBD Cessnock.
Cessnock has a zoo, ballon’s, wineries, horse studs and has easy access to both mountains for 4x4 or to Newcastle and Maitland for evening activities
The wineries close to us often host famous entertainers and we are easily accessible to these events
Visit the award winning Hunter Valley Gardens that is always changing its attractions you can even try aqua golf in that visit

Summary: It all went well, apart from the way the extra cost for having a pet was revealed - felt like it was done slightly underhand. No reflection on the owner, was not his fault. But the home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed, was nice to have breakfast included
