Positive: Good value for money during half term, close to shops and bus stops. Floriana is just outside of the city of Valetta, but is a quiet residential area. Patrick was very helpful and had so much information available for many attractions, he was so friendly, helpful and communicated very well. The room sizes are generous and with 2 bathrooms the location can work well for families larger than a couple with an adult child. Just a very short walk (under 2 minutes) you will be along the river and able to watch fireworks and the harbour. Previous travellers had left shower gels, tea bags milk etc. which is nice and I’d encourage other travellers to do the same- especially those travelling on limited luggage.
Negative: There’s not much to dislike about the place, especially given the reasonable pricing. The only things we didn’t love about the place are as follows- The mattresses were a little hard for us- but that’s a personal preference. We only dealt with a few bugs (1 at a time on 4 nights out of 7). The place is homely but not fussy, only a little tired in places but comfortable and clean.

Positive: Patrick is an excellent host - helpful and very well organised. He accommodated all extra requests our side, quickly finding solutions & giving clear and sincere guidance. Their place is very well situated and guests can visit easily everything walking or using public transport (as bus stops are very close), without the headache of renting a car. (Glad I followed Patrick's advice on this). Apartment is clean and well equipped.
Negative: Place is well situated, well equipped & everything is in good condition but not modernly furnished (which you can see from the pictures provided) - this is the only 'flaw' one can find.
Summary: Full-heartedly recommend a stay there!
