Summary: I was on a business trip and I got to the hotel at 8pm. I was given a handicap room on the bottom floor. I asked if there was another option and I was told I should have gotten there earlier. If I could have arrived earlier I would have. I stay here twice a month and it’s the first time anyone has been like this.
