It is equipped with a huge smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom (bring your own logins). It is a single level home, has an indoor fireplace, regular kitchen amenities and a common area right across the street.

Summary: Stayed 3 nights. Home is in newer subdivision so very nice neighborhood. House was comfortable and modern.No back fence so no privacy using hot tub.

Summary: This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was strange that there wasn’t a back fence, only side fences. So you can easily see into the neighbors backyard. Home was nice for three adults. Plenty of room for kids as well, but we didn’t have any with us. If we need to stay in Caldwell again we would rent this property. It was comfortable and quiet.

Summary: We had trouble opening the guest book so was unaware of the rules. Also there is no fence in between the backyards for privacy but we made it work.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay in Caldwell at this home. It was exactly as described and it was convenient for getting to and from the Boise area for the events that I needed to attend. The neighborhood was very quiet and I had no issues while being at the home. I would definitely return in the future if I need to be in the area again!
