Perfectly located in the heart of Eildon, featuring beautiful views across the valley, elevated outdoor living, and a rear lane for easy boat parking. Easy access to Lake Eildon boat ramps, and a brief stroll down the hill to the local township. Open plan living, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating up to 6 guests.
Sparkling white kitchen with timber bench tops, electric hotplates, an electric oven, dishwasher, a microwave, and a 6-seat dining table. The adjoining living room has a cosy wood fire Coonara, TV, split system AC, and direct access via double French doors to the front deck and surrounding views.
3 well-presented bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a queen size bed. There is an ensuite to one of the double bedrooms, plus a second bathroom featuring a separate bath and shower.
Park the boat in the rear laneway and access the property via the rear gate. There is driveway parking for 3 cars.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
