Summary: The process was super easy from the very first enquire about the property. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. The house/cottage was perfect. It felt like home including super soft and comfy bedding and pillows! The place is right on the river and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. We even saw a couple deer along the water edge making it feel even more peaceful. We made all our meals there and the kitchen was perfect - and a very nice added bonus of additional spices available was a fun plus for my cook husband! We would highly recommend this place and Dallas the owner. Integrity is an important quality for me and he / the property lived up to what you see in print. I wished we had longer there…. Summary: The property is clean and attractive, a great size for a family of 4, and well appointed. The porch is great to sit on and relax while watching the river and the area is nice and quiet (no dinosaurs!) while still close to area attractions. Our family appreciated the space and comfort and enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: what a lovely place to live while exploring the badlands. The house provided everything and more with which to relax and enjoy in comfort. Overlooking the river and surrounding scenery from the deck and windows was ever engaging. Moose, deer, beavers and too many diferent birds to list kept us engaged and soaking up the wilderness that surrounds this getaway in nature. We'll be back
