Positive: We spent a wonderful few days in these comfortable apartments. I would like to mention the very comfortable beds, we slept well. Overall, the room was clean. The kitchen is comfortable, there is all the necessary equipment and utensils. A comfortable pool with warm water, there is a sauna. We spent wonderful evenings in them. Wonderful views from the windows, many hiking trails nearby. The train station is nearby. Keep in mind that there are no shops in the village, bread and groceries can be bought in the neighboring village (it takes about 10-15 minutes to drive towards Shamani). This is the last village before the border with Switzerland. The online payment method for the room is complicated, we figured it out, but I would simplify it. The check-in itself is also a bit like a quest, keep in mind that the hotel has two wings, which have different names, but have identical room numbers (we wandered around a bit before we found our room). The parking is large and convenient, the spaces are spacious, even a minibus and large SUVs (for example, a Chevrolet Suburban) will fit. I recommend this wonderful hotel.

Positive: Nice pool for kids to enjoy.
Negative: Toilet was extremely smelly. We were requested to take care of trash bags and carry eat across the river to a public recycling spot.

Positive: nice that a pool is available - very pleasant after sking
Negative: my daughter got locked in despite asking for 5 mins to finish changing. She had to walk out of the fire escape as we could not find anyone to help her get out. She had flip flops and bare feet in the snow to get around to the actual entrance door. We had to ask another resident for the code to get our keys so the welcome was not a good one. Its a shame as the sking and actual appartment were worth recommending but would I do that....?
Summary: the late check in and early check out means one member of the family lost 2 days skiing.

Negative: No soap and only one toilet roll. Shame there’s no where to wash the towels. Pool was freezing.
