Summary: Adequately maintained complex with a Mexican restaurant very close by. I had a nice quiet night here. Parking near my room was clean and safe. The complex has security cameras. Hot water arrived quickly to sink and shower. Well appointed with mini fridge microwave and coffee maker. Nice properly sized towels with adequate loft (I don't like oversized heavy weight towels). I would stay here again if im in Eugene again.
