Positive: The room was nice and spacious. The pool was at the right temperature. There were limited food options around there.

Negative: The first day, we checked in about 5pm. I asked whether the pool was open and was told yes till 10. We went and all got dressed to go swimming. However, when we came back down, we were told the swimming pool was closed, and they weren't sure if it would reopen for our stay! Luckily, it was open again the next day. They charged us extra for cleaning the room. Also, as we left rubbish by the small bin in the room, which did not fit in the bin, we were charged a fee for the disposal of the rubbish. They did not seem to want to clean the rooms. Even after the rooms were cleaned, there was dust under the beds and marks in the bathroom.
