Summary: The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.

Summary: Had to change rooms as first was beside lift which made awful noise and needs sorted!! Handled well but be better if they just sorted lift

Summary: Stayed several times and service and rooms always impress me. On this occasion we were allocated the recently refurbished rooms and they were spacious and well appointed. What would be called the 'norm' at Van Der Valk hotels could be easily regarded as luxury in the UK except at realistic, affordable and value for money prices. This property feels a flagship.
