Positive: The food was excellent. The shuttle service into Amsterdam was great.
Negative: There was no air conditioning in my room. I reported it twice and never received an update then reported it a third time at night. The night shift front desk person said the temperature was the same for entire hotel and not adjustable. When I explained the rooms my children occupied were cool and temperature was adjustable, she said that some rooms breathed better than others. The desk person on day shift when I checked out was upset by that explanation and told me the information was incorrect. She offered a free breakfast and said I could file a complaint with the manager but they were not at the hotel at that time.
Summary: A good stay but could have been more comfortable.

Positive: Hotel was excellent. Rooms really good standard and very clean. We were licky to have a room at the back of the hotel facing the Twiskje which made it even better. Air conditioning in the room was great and easy to regulate. Used the Sauna, steam room and pool in the fitness centre which is on the top floor which was excellent. We ate at the restaurant on one evening and had lunch at the bistro/cafe. The food was really good standard, decent portions and value for money. Staff excellent. Very helpful. The hotel also has a shuttle service which you take to the north ferry terminal where you can easily get to the Centraal station side. Enjoyed a very relaxing few days.
