Summary: This property was amazing! The pool was honestly perfect. Chairs were comfy, there was seating beside and inside the pool, the bar was close by and they would bring the drinks right to you.

Summary: The property was amazing. My kids loved the pool and wondering around the grounds searching for wildlife. Staff were attentive and the room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed in the orchid room which was great for a family of four. Our only complaint was that the beds/linens weren't the greatest and the shower was small/dated but everyone still slept well. Such a magical place. So grateful we stayed there.

Summary: We stayed in a beautifully designed tree house, the pool was lovely and the restaurant and bar area were very nice. It’s overall fairly well maintained but a 10 min drive into San Ignacio (20 USD return taxi). Menu at the restaurant was good (limited for vegetarians), welcome cocktail was excellent. The hotel organised tours and transfers for us - it’s worth checking the details as there were a few mix ups. It’s expensive for a 3 star and the hotel could improve some services to make you feel like you are getting good value for money. We are comparing this to a 3 star hotel we stayed in at Caye Caulker which was exceptional all round!

Summary: The property is beautiful! The restaurant is lovely. The staff are so kind and helpful. Our kids loved having an afternoon swim after touring the area! We would definitely recommend staying at Vanilla Hills :)
