Positive: The property is really nice and beautifully green — a peaceful escape away from the busy city life. We booked a room for four, and overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The surroundings are calm, and the pool area is great for relaxing.

Negative: However, a few things on the service side could definitely be improved. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more attentive — we had to ask for basic items like extra toilet paper, water bottles, and tea supplies. Food and room service were a bit slow, with our order of four dishes arriving in three separate rounds. Breakfast was quite basic and average. The dosa wasn’t hot when served, and tea or coffee wasn’t readily available at the counter — we had to order separately. There was also no black tea at first; they had to collect it from housekeeping before serving. About the rooms at the rear , they should do something about covering the room access to private as the road behind onlooker kept looking at whenever door was open , you feel being watched

Positive: Nice property. Well maintained. Overall property is large and have very good feel of green space. Lot of plants and green here. Nature beauty

Negative: As such this is outside from the city and village area. It is only good for someone like us who were supposed to there due to university. Otherwise this location may not be suitable for everyone. But yes this is cheaper option to stay in good space at nominal charges .

Negative: I checked in for 2 days. I had to leave early. Didn’t use the second night. Didn’t use breakfast buffet on both days. I had lost the key card. They asked for 640₹. I said when I had Misplaced the card earlier in some other Hyatt, they didnt charge me for the card. I explained that key cards won’t cost more than 50₹. I also said, I have used my budget or the room for the night, can you please offer some discount of the 640₹. Please ask your manager, they flat out refused to speak to the manager. 640 for a card is very very expensive

Positive: rooms are spacious. but very poorly maintained drain and kitchen area .. it smelled horrible in every room ..
