Positive: Lipa apartments I know for long time, close to swiming pools and restorants. Nice and quiet.
Negative: Bed is not very comfortable, and bedings are strange. Not as nice and aironed like it use to be.

Positive: It was clean and they have turkish coffee for the guests in the app.
Negative: Nothing is broken and it is clean but the amenities are old and kitchen could have more appliances (i.e. lemon squeezer, vessel, wooden spoon). In front of the app it could be a sitting set, not just two chairs and table each from different sets so it seems like they were collected from leftovers.
