Summary: The best part of the hotel was how caring and kind of the staff were during the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. The Hotel is quaint with modern upgrades, and an amazing rooftop restaurant. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the loud ringing of the church bells early in the morning and the noise from the street, which is inevitable, given how centrally located the hotel is. Otherwise, a great value stay.

Summary: Very nice hotel. The reception doesn’t look particularly nice but the rooms are amazing. The staff was also friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but they suggested a park nearby where one can exercise.

Summary: The staff was great, friendly and professional. The room was ok, but. I reserved a room with a kitchen and it did not have a refrigerator. That makes the kitchen almost useless. The restaurants bery good, but it was often closed. The few time I was able to eat there it was very good.

Summary: I loved everything about the Vaway in Cuenca, my view was beautiful. Most of all I loved the entire staff. One of the best hotel stays I have had and that was because of the wonderful staff!
