Summary: Property is very ran down. Staff didn't speak any English. There wasn't an ice machine or anything.

Summary: My room as usual was Top Notch. It was clean, comfortable, everything was working. However, I was traveling with a friend who was in the Next Room. His experience was different. It was clear the sheets had not been changed, there was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of plywood, although he did say it was very clean otherwise and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I personally have always had good experiences there but my friend will likely not be coming back.

Summary: I did not stay at this hotel. I pulled into the parking lot and the office had a closed sign on the door. The door was unlocked so I went in, no one there. I rang the bell and waited but no one ever showed up so I went back to my car and booked another hotel.

Summary: I tried to leave a day early and no one was there for me to turn in the key so I had to wait till they opened up to leave and go home

Summary: Although the staff could not speak English, she seemed friendly. You can tell that they tried to redo the inside of the rooms but it was cheaply done and was coming apart. Flooring was coming up in the bathroom and there might have been mold under the flooring. There were tons of flies in my room. Also I paid extra to get a king bed instead of two queens, but I got two queens. Obviously with the language barrier, I could explain anything to the desk lady. It appears that this hotel is in a not so good part of town. There were no deadbolts or safety locks on the door. It appears that some people might actually live in the hotel as there were a lot of people milling around outside. However the place seemed cleaned and the bedding smelled washed. For the price I guess I could not expect much more.

Summary: Don’t let the outside fool you, it may look old but the rooms are recently remodeled and lovely! The place was full as it was during State Fair, but inside the room was quite and peaceful. I enjoyed the staff, some of their English was broken but they used a translator app and we understood each other just fine. I'll definitely be back next year.
