Summary: Excellent location. Many great eating spots close by and very close to the monastery. Easy to get but don’t bother lining up for 15 tram it’s much better to take the train -just 3 short stops from the metro. Mattress was very firm which is okay if you like that.

Summary: Ver Belem Suites was extremely clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcases upstairs (there’s no elevator) and running outside after us when we left a computer power supply in the room when we checked out. The room was small, as are many in Europe, but laid out efficiently enough that two people could easily function. Multiple eating options and shops right outside your door. And many of the main tourist sites of Belem in easy walking distance.

Summary: We were quite surprise about how it’s was quiet since there’s restaurants on the main floor (no reception by the way) and around with indoor dining and outdoor terrace. On the first day that we arrived, there was fumes and smell from the restaurent coming up in the staircases and a little bit in the room but it gradually disappeared. Adequate room size

Summary: Property was very clean. It is what it says it is in terms of stairs no elevator. Being near the water the room was moist the whole time even with air or heat or just a fan on. Nothing seemed to solve that issue. Good location for tourist for food and things to see and do.

Summary: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. My room was generally quiet but the main staircase was made of wood and pretty noisy. That was actually the only problem I faced.
