The house was built with superb craftsmanship featuring a restored post and beam barn frame with every modern amenity included in the 5,800 square feet living space. Vintage charm with new construction comfort. Large great room with kitchen/dining/lounging in front of a massive stone fireplace. Also included are: kid's game room, Kid's movie room, office loft, exercise area, massage room, closed and screened porches, and a wooded trail system for hiking/ATV.
Sleeps 14 comfortably so perfect for 'Big Chill' weekends, family reunions, guy and gal get-aways. Lots to do in summer, winter, spring and fall (leaf season is spectacular!).

Summary: We have stayed at the property many times and it is the nicest place around. They built a beautiful house on the top of a mountain with 360 views. Being able to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the valley is amazing. The location is killer, right near Manchester and a few local stores. Cant wait to say there again. It has all the amenities you would expect and it beautifully decorated. Ideal for an adults get away with our without kids.

Summary: Beautiful home in a great location with amazing views! This was our first ski trip since before the pandemic and the home had everything that we needed from bedrooms to game room to great room! The hosts were great with all the communication and information for our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Stunning property high atop the Pawlet Hills. Spacious and modern but still has the VT farmhouse feel. Secluded but close to town, with attractions within short drives. Would def stay again

Summary: First of all, the location is amazing. The sunrise and sunsets are unreal! This house is equipped with everything you will need and the layout is perfect. It is stocked with plenty of firewood for indoor fires and the woods are stocked with a plethora of logs for the outdoor firepit which is where we spent a lot of time. Although the grocery store is not too far away I suggest that you bring in all that you need because you will not want to leave the house except to ski and board! The owner is very responsive and helpful and the caretaker, Dave, is also excellent. We did need a water delivery and both the home owner and the caretaker were proactive and remedied the situation before there was even a problem. There was also the issue of an odor of sewage on the lower level which we could not figure out and left that lower bonus room unusable but even with that, the homeowner was responsive and did what she could to try to rectify it. Hopefully, this will be fixed before the next guest visits. Overall, it was fantastic and our family looks forward to returning.

Summary: My family absolutely enjoyed this home and didn't want to leave! There are so many aspects we loved! It's situated on the top of hill with gorgeous views all around that can be enjoyed from inside and outside the house. The main living area/kitchen is expansive yet cozy. The main bedroom on the main level is a treat with windows on 3 walls and lovely views all around! The home was clean with fresh towels and linens and so many amenities just like home. The town is the cutest with hiking not far and 15 min away from Manchester for lovely shopping and restaurants. We didn't want to leave! Communication with the owner was easy and all necessary information was relayed for an easy stay. Highly recommend!
