Close to Lake St. Catherine State Park, private access to Little Lake.
Open floor plan with new, fully-equipped kitchen, marble counters, and eating bar.
Hardwood floors in main living areas and bedrooms; tile and vinyl in kitchen and baths.
Dining room easily accommodates 6-8 and provides a mountain view to the East.
Dining room is open to the living room with fireplace, built-in cabinetry, ample seating, and picture window with southern view.
Large, deck off the living room with smaller deck off mudroom.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths; host can provide two twin blow-up beds to accommodate up to 8 guests; linens provided.
Mudroom for storing equipment and gear.
Separate laundry room off hall bath with laundry tub, washer, dryer.
Free wifi and cable TV, smart 55" TV.
Jigsaw puzzles, board games, hiking books, maps of area, and information on local attractions.
K-cupcoffee maker, 8 cup drip coffee maker, one-cup drip, French press, and coffee grinder.
Gas grill.
Trash and recycling removal by host (guests to sort).
Snow removal provided by host on day of arrival and day of departure; intermediate plowing to be paid for by guest at $75/plowing.
Cleaning fee of $125.
Kayak – put your kayak in at our private waterfront dock. Please note that our house is not on the water, but we do own a small waterfront lot on Little Lake St. Catherine that guests may use to launch/dock their kayaks or canoes. It is a 3 minute drive from the house. See map.

Swim – Lake St. Catherine State Park is less than 10 minutes from the house and offers swimming, small boat rentals, bath house and snack bar. A great place to swim and picnic. www.vtstateparks.com

Summary: Beautiful house on a hill with gorgeous views. Our family (parents and adult children) had plenty of room to spread out inside and enjoyed quiet mornings on the deck watching a variety of birds. Even spotted a wild turkey once. Also, the house is close to the Wells Country Store - Don't miss it for breakfast, lunch, ice cream, etc. We could not think of anything we needed that was not already provided. Thank you!
