This very charming house (beginning of 19th) has been totally renewed, decorated and fully equipped. With 210 sqm, it may houses 9 to 10 people.
Groundfloor : living room, dining room, cheminey beams , fully equipped kitchen, all opening on garden and terrasse view.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) +1 bathroom,2 showers, WC.
2nd floor : 2 bedrooms : 3 simple beds.
1500 sqm garden, including a terrase with garden furniture BBQ.
Ideally located in front of the Clairefontaine Horserack, the house is surrounded by a large south facing garden. Apple trees, beams and a lovely flowered terrasse provide the traditional way of life of Normandy.

Summary: Very nice and charming house in Deuville. Offers plenty of space for 10 people's and is very well equiped. The location is also quite good and offers a lot of possibilities for activities. Last but not least, communication with the landlady was always pleasent and without any complications. Overall I can only recommend a stay at this house in Deuville.

Summary: The house is located about a five minute walk from the beautiful Deauville beach at a very small road with literally no traffic. It features a beautiful garden which due to its layout south of the house is protected from stronger windfalls from the sea. The garden furniture is new and very accommodating. The Interieur of the house is older but in overall good condition and with a lot of charme. We loved it. I would definitely recommend the house to others. Hendrik

Summary: We were a family party of three couples, one single adult and two children. The three couples were extremely comfortable as were the two children. The singleton's room on the second floor was a bit more spartan, and she would have liked a rather longer bed (she's a tad under 6 ft tall). The weather was kind to us, and we were mostly outside on the very spacious suntrap terrace and made full use of the barbecue. Watching horse racing over the back garden fence was a bonus. Otherwise we were on the beach, a 10 min walk away down a nearby path. If you want to bathe check the tides, it's a long walk to the sea at low water. Handing over at each end of the stay was efficient and trouble free. Best to approach from the east, as the gate faces slightly that way and from the west it's a back and fill turn; if you have a long car it may not be possible. We had three cars, ample parking space for all. Overall, this property fully lived up to expectation, and we would certainly book again if everyone's diaries permitted.

Summary: My family and I rented this house for three weeks during the busy August season in Deauville. The service and welcome provided by the owner were fantastic. The house is well-equipped with a lovely, large garden which my kids adored. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. Best of all the beds are extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.
